Italian orange honey

Honey from the Citrus (orange) species grown in the southern and island regions of Italy

Monofloral honey among the most appreciated for the intensity and finesse of the aroma.

In the liquid state, honey is almost colorless to light straw yellow; when it crystallizes the color varies from white to light beige.

It crystallizes spontaneously, a few months after harvest.

Odor of medium intensity, floral reminiscent of the scent of orange blossom honey, fragrant; fruity similar to orange marmalade.
