Polyflora honey from the Carpathian mountains

Polyfloral honey produced from the many nectars collected by bees in the Carpathian mountains.

Honey in which the tannic notes of the chestnut can be felt together with the medicinal notes of the lime tree, sometimes mixed with those of the bramble.

Flavour, aroma and taste can vary depending on the flowers that the bees have preferred, the time of year in which it is produced and the season, dry or wet.

Color from very light amber to amber when liquid.

Odor of medium intensity, aromatic.

It crystallizes spontaneously a few months after harvest.
